You’ve pasted your website into AI a dozen times. It still doesn’t know what you do.

Every new chat starts the same way. Who you are, your business, customers, context...the things you explained on Tuesday and explained again on Thursday.

That’s not time saved, that’s a second job.

Ninety minutes, live, and you walk out with all your business context loaded and your first real process built into a project.

Next time you open it, it already knows. You just ask.

Thursday, September 10 at 4pm Central · $110 through Sept 6

  1. 01 · You stop explaining yourself.

Your business context lives where it belongs, so every chat starts from what’s true instead of from nothing. No pasting the website in. No re-introducing your customers.

  2. 02 · You can build the next one without me.

Your first real process, built and tested live. Plus the simple framework to replicate it across other areas of your business.

How it works

  1. 01 · Ten questions, about ten minutes.

They surface one real task in your business. Small enough that we can finish it Thursday, useful enough that you’ll keep using it.

  2. 02 · You get a Mission Brief.

A short plan for what we’re building, why it’s the right one to start with, and what it needs from you. Deciding what to build first is the hardest part and the least fun. That one’s mine, not yours.

  3. 03 · Thursday, we build it live.

Ninety minutes together on September 10. Recorded, so you can go back to it.

I’m Jamie. I’m not techie, I just love AI.

Some people are going to lead with models and tokens and [insert nerdy tech word here]. I’d rather break it down into what actually matters for a small business. No tech bro lingo required.

Fifteen years supporting supply chain and logistics for some of the biggest retailers in the country, plus a decade of my own creative projects on the side. So I get it. I know the never-ending task list, the work you actually care about sliding to the bottom of it, and the weekend plans you canceled because something had to get done.

Thursday we combine three things.

  • Your AI setup.
  • A process for implementation, mapped out and built live in the room.
  • Your business context, which is what brings it to life. That part’s yours.

+ Ten days of email access · $75 through September 6, $100 after.

The real questions don’t show up during the session. They show up three days later, when you’re running it on an actual client email and it does something you didn’t expect.

Ask as many as you want for ten days. I answer once a day on weekdays, so you get a considered reply and never wait more than one business day. It covers the project we scoped and built together, which is what keeps the answers specific to you.

Having someone to ask is usually the difference between a system you built and a system you use.

This is for you if

  • You run a service business, solo or with a team up to ten.
  • You’ve used AI enough to have opinions about it.
  • You know the process you want to build, or you know it well enough to explain out loud.
  • You want to leave with the thing working, not with notes about it.
  • You can give ninety uninterrupted minutes on Thursday afternoon.

This isn’t for you if

  • You’ve never opened an AI tool.
  • You want to watch rather than build. The recording comes with it, but the room is the point.
  • You want it built for you. We walk through building it together. I teach the why and the how, you execute and ask questions.
  • You’re after a general AI overview. This is one process, start to finish.
  • The process isn’t yours. If it’s not in your head we can’t get it out.
  • “If you are an adult of a certain age that is really trying to embrace digital technology driven by the current AI platforms, you need to engage with Ginger Alchemy training.”

    Don Young The Advertising Guys

  • “They gave our team 1:1 training on streamlining internal processes. It’s saved hundreds of man-hours and brought a lot of fun tech to our team.”

    Robert Hodgson Mediavision 2020

  • “Jamie once again surpassed all expectations with her AI training at the NWA Latinas+ in Tech monthly meeting.”

Questions

No. At AICCO you watched me build one on screen. Thursday you build yours, on your business, with me in the room.

For this session, yes. We build inside Claude, so you’ll need an account. The thinking transfers to any tool, but ninety minutes hands-on works best in one place.

No. The free plan covers what we’re building. If you’re not paying for an AI tool yet, Claude is the one I’d point you to, but you don’t need to upgrade for Thursday.

Yes, and it’s yours to keep. The recording is for going back to what we built, not a substitute for being there.

A computer and your ten questions answered. The questions are what tell us both what to bring, so the earlier you do them the better your brief is. We meet on Zoom.

Full refund up to forty-eight hours before. After that you keep your Mission Brief and the recording.

Yes, if you start within seven days of the session, at full price. The window isn’t arbitrary. Your build is still fresh in my head that first week, and still fresh in yours, which is when the questions are worth the most.

Come build it with me.
